What do you take for thryoid support?
I'm reading The Thyroid Diet and trying to wade through the recommendations and wondering if you have anything that works particularly well for you. I'm stuggling with the weight, as many of you are.
So far I take a mutli, super B complex, fish oil, chronium, calcium, biotin and probiotics. As you can see, I've already got a lot, but I'm still feeling low energy and lethargic, as well as struggling with my weight.
