So yeah I just joined this community today, in hopes that maybe I can help solve my problem.
At two weeks old I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, and I have been on many forms of synthroid throughout my entire life. On the one hand, you would think that I would remember to take my pill everyday but alas, most of the time I just barely remember or completely forget.
I am trying to lose weight, and am almost 50 pounds heavier than I was 4 years ago. Heh, back then I used to think I was fat.
Anyways, I hope everyone has some good ideas and recipes. I really need to try something other than what I have been doing because pretty much 99.9% of my diet is carbs, and I know that is not helping the weight loss.
