Just popping in 'cause I want to know how everyone is doing on their road to health!
In 2006, after discovering The Schwarzbein Principle and that I'm both gluten intollerent and have (had) a candida overgrowth I was able to lose 70 lbs and feel much, much better :) My thyroid numbers are still in a bit of flux, but with Hashimoto's, that's just gonna happen as I understand it. I am half-way towards my weight loss goals (approximately) and am hoping to ring in 2008 at my goal weight (I have to lose 1.5 lbs a week to do that, so who knows... but here's to hoping and giving it my best shot!)
What about everyone else? Where are you in progress towards your goals? Have you found a program that is working for you?
