What do you take for thryoid support?

I'm reading The Thyroid Diet and trying to wade through the recommendations and wondering if you have anything that works particularly well for you. I'm stuggling with the weight, as many of you are.

So far I take a mutli, super B complex, fish oil, chronium, calcium, biotin and probiotics. As you can see, I've already got a lot, but I'm still feeling low energy and lethargic, as well as struggling with my weight.

I take the fish oil and a multi for low carb dieters, it has alot of that stuff plus selenium. for me selenium makes a big difference. What thyroid med are you on? My docs have fiddled around with mine the past year and I think they have finally gotten me on the right dose. That's made a big difference too in how I'm feeling. But it's taken a year's worth of labwork and frequent doc visits :(

for my self i find taking the super b in the moring then taking a b 12 in the eveinging helps me with my energy level till bed time.. also less carb and suger helps me alot as well as drinking lots of water. plus i also am very carful about my meals and amount of protines and heavy stuff i eat. that is what works for me hope it helps :O)

Lecithin has been helpful for me - it helps metabolize fat. Also have had some good luck with Lipotropic Factors.
